Refund Policy

When you purchase from a distance on-line or by e-mail (without having seen the goods at all) you have a statutory right to a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period from the delivery date when you can return the goods to us. You can return the goods to us and we will process a refund (excluding the delivery recollection cost).

Distance selling regulations only apply to your order if the goods have not been custom made to your specification.

The item must be returned to us safely within 14 days in the same condition as it was delivered to you i.e. in the original packaging, new, unused, unmarked etc, at your own expense. Alternatively, if you wish to have the return items collected by us we will be happy to provide a quote Our core delivery areas as demonstrated in the map would cost £26 inc vat . Any item showing signs of damage wear & tear or mishandling will not be accepted by us as requiring a full refund
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer, neither will they be given for any goods damaged due to incorrect handling or storage or due to any misuse by the customer. Please contact us via email before returning any goods to explain why you want to return your item.
